RESPONSIBITIES:

-         Must have strong communication and presentation skills required in educating physicians, nurses, front-end staff and billing staff.

-         Ability to participate in all aspects on the project including implementation, training and support.

-         Experience with first hand customer care and support.

-         Education – Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or Information Systems a plus).

-         Knowledge of MYSQL, MS Office and computer networking a plus.

-         Knowledge of insurance based physician billing a plus.

Understanding /experience in the healthcare/nursing industry,preferably in training and implementation of EMR/PM systems is a plus.

Ability to develop work flow processes.
